About This Insight

How many fantasy points will an injured player score when he returns? This chart covers every starting QB, RB, WR and TE currently missing games with an injury. For each one it compares his PPR points per game before the injury with his projected PPR points per game over his first 4 games back.

  • Before injury: his average PPR points per game over his last 6 games played.
  • Projected return: that baseline adjusted by how similar starters at his position actually performed in their first 4 games back. The comparison is matched by expected games missed, and by injury type when there are enough cases.
  • Low / high: the typical range of outcomes for those similar returns, from a cautious return to a full-speed one.

Filter by player, team or position. The data updates as the injury report changes. Only starters are included, based on their snaps and volume before the injury.
