Credits are the currency you use to process analytics assets on Spartera. When you process an asset to get real-time insights, visualizations, or reports, a specific number of credits (set by the seller) is deducted from your account. The credit cost for each analytics asset is clearly displayed before you process it.

Credit duration depends on your purchase type: Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle, while on-demand purchased credits expire one year from the date of purchase. Subscriptions renew credits but do not rollover expired credits. This structure ensures you have sufficient time to use your credits while maintaining an active marketplace.

Spartera may occasionally adjust the conversion rate for credits to reflect market conditions or platform improvements. When this happens, you'll receive advance notification, and your account balance will be updated automatically to maintain the equivalent value of your purchased credits.

Due to the instantaneous consumption nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on processed analytics assets. Once an asset has been processed, the transaction is final. We recommend reviewing the detailed metadata and previews available for each asset before processing. Processing time varies based on the asset's complexity, the provider's data architecture, and the computation required. Most assets process within seconds, though some more complex analyses may take up to a minute. Spartera implements a 60 second timeout with each analytic so you will never be waiting long to get an answer. You're never charged for assets that fail to process successfully.

Yes, you can download, export, or take screenshots of your processed analytics assets for use within your organization. Most assets offer multiple export formats (CSV, Excel, PDF, etc.). While you're free to use these insights for your business purposes, reselling or redistributing the processed analytics is not permitted under our terms of service.
