How well a player holds up when he’s hurt, scored 0–100 against other players at his position (100 = most resilient). Built from three components, each measured against the player’s own baseline rather than position averages:
Play-Through (50%): how often he suits up when listed Questionable or Doubtful, and how much of his normal snaps and PPR production he keeps in those games.
Bounce-Back (35%): his snaps and production in the first 3 games back from a missed-game injury.
Recurrence (15%): how often the same body part puts him back out within 4 games of returning, the highest-risk window for re-injury.
Each component is adjusted for sample size, so a single game or return can’t dominate a score. Includes starters only (50%+ baseline snap share; 35%+ for RBs to include committee backs). Only players with at least one qualifying injury event since 2016 are scored. A player who has never been listed or missed time won’t appear. Updated weekly.
