The NFL 2025 Scores Actions endpoint provides a structured, chronological play-by-play timeline for NFL games, built from the TXODDS Scores feed and designed to give consumers a clear record of what happened throughout each fixture. Coverage is available for the 2025 NFL season. Each game is represented as an ordered sequence of events, starting with relevant pre-game context and continuing through every significant in-game action to the end of the fixture.
The dataset includes events such as weather, coin toss, team direction, kickoffs, drives, passes, rushes, play outcomes, touchdowns, field goals, penalties, timeouts, fumbles, injuries, punts, possession changes, conversions, safeties and overtime events. Each row includes the fixture, scheduled start time, event category, game clock, period, human-readable event summary and the running score at that point in the game.
Running scores reflect scoring actions including touchdowns, field goals, safeties and one- and two-point conversions, with score adjustments applied where required to maintain an accurate representation of the game score. Pre-game events such as weather, coin toss and compass direction are positioned before the first quarter, while halftime direction changes are represented at the appropriate point in the game timeline. Human-readable summaries provide additional context such as teams involved, penalty type and yardage, possession, drive outcome and scoring outcome.
The resulting dataset provides a consumer-ready, fixture-level history of NFL game activity, with events presented in their logical chronological order.
