Built from a comprehensive NFL injury dataset spanning across all 32 teams over 11 years, this product calculates average games missed at the player-season level across every injury type in the dataset — from hamstrings and knees to concussions and shoulders. Knowing the historical average gives you a baseline that raw injury rotors simply can’t provide.
Search and filter by:
- Injury Type — look up any injury and instantly see how many games it costs a player on average across the entire NFL if they have a designation of Questionable-Out, Doubtful-Out, or Out.
- Position — compare how hamstrings affect running backs differently than wide receivers, or how knee injuries impact linemen versus skill positions. Note: If you get a message "No data found matching your criteria. Try adjusting your filters. You will not be charged." This likely means that the team did not have a statistically significant amount of players at that position with that injury. If you get this, then run the query by team and remove position.
