## Description

This chart puts every injury for a position on one picture. Each dot is one injury. Dots further right happen more often, and dots higher up cost more games per episode on average. That separates the injuries that are everywhere but rarely matter from the ones that hit less often but usually keep a player out.

Choose a position to see its profile, or choose All Positions for the league-wide view. For wide receivers, for example, hamstring and concussion sit high and well to the right. Both are common and costly, while injuries like hip, back and wrist sit near the bottom and rarely cost a game.

It's built for the question behind every injury tag. Is this one worth worrying about? Check where the injury sits for that player's position before you set a lineup, a DFS stack, or a bet.

How to use it: Set the Position filter before you run it. If it's left blank, the dots from every position are mixed together.

How it's built:

- An episode is one continuous stretch of an injury on the report. A gap of two or more weeks starts a new episode.

- Average games missed is per episode and includes episodes that never cost a game, which is why most injuries land below one game.

- A missed game means the player's final status was Out, Questionable-Out, or Doubtful-Out.

- Only injuries with at least 10 episodes for that position are plotted, so every dot rests on a meaningful sample.

- Non-injury designations (rest, illness, personal matter, and similar) are excluded. Left and right are combined, so Left Ankle and Right Ankle both count as Ankle. Entries that list more than one injury, such as "Ankle, Knee", are left out.

- Averages are a general guide, not a prediction for any individual player.
